ERGO GROUP LTD T/A KILLERSPIN UK
These conditions are an integrated part of every Sales Agreement. All purchases of Play Systems, Trampolines, Killerspin Tables and Hot Tubs are subject to the terms & conditions set forth below. None of these terms & conditions limits your statutory rights in any way.
All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be notified by a Customer Service Representative and given an estimated time of arrival.
Payment and Choices of Funding Information
All the prices listed on killerspintabletennis.co.uk are in GBP, and accepted forms of payment are: VISA and MASTER CARD.
Payment by credit card is only accepted for delivered items, with delivery always being made only to the Cardholders address. The entire order remains the property of
Killerspin UK and will not be released to a Customer or left on the Customer's Property until payment is received in full.
Payment is due in full at time of order (unless you are purchasing via our Finance lenders)
More information about any of the finance options available to you, including full written details, can be provided on request. Please note, we act as a credit broker and not the lender. We do not receive any commission from the lender. If you decide to go ahead with our funding options a loan application will need to be completed and passed to our lender for approval. Ergo Group Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Payment options include:
Goods for delivery or collection shall not be released until payment has cleared.
Table orders that are in stock are delivered in approximately 7 – 10 working days.
Delivery dates are only given as an indication. Killerspin UK will make all efforts to respect them. Killerspin UK will endeavor to deliver any in-stock table within a reasonable timeframe, and in any event no more than 4 weeks after an order has been placed during peak demand periods. Special Order items from America will be identified to the customer at the time an order is being placed and may take up to 10 weeks for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to take delivery of table ordered within 3 months unless otherwise agreed at the time of placing the order. The buyer does not have the right to cancel an order for reason of late delivery. Any indicated lead times might vary from time of statement to time of confirmation of order.
We reserve the right to amend these timings if affected by unforeseen events that are beyond our control. As a valued customer we will inform you immediately of any change
Should you need to make changes for any reason once the table has been shipped, additional charges may apply.
Our delivery and install service requires you to be present when the table is delivered and installed.
Once the table is removed from the truck, and while the driver is still present, please make sure to inspect the table for any damage. Table damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery at the time of delivery to ensure proper credit. If you find your table has concealed damage do not assemble the table and call our sales team on 01276 477461 for further advice.
All orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
All products have a 30 day warranty against factory defective goods with the exception of tables, which have a 3 year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover misuse, or customer inflicted damage to a product. Any products that are requested to be assembled, such as Blades and Rubbers, are taken as is, unless damage occurs due to shipping. Beyond the warranty, parts are available for sale from Killerspin UK for certain products, such as tables.
If there is extensive damage to the product, please contact Killerspin UK Customer Service on 01276 477461 at your earliest convenience and reference your order number. All products with shipping or factory damage will be replaced or refunded by Killerspin UK. More information may be required depending on date and products ordered.
Prior to return of any goods, a proof of purchase must be shown. The customer must initiate the return process within 30 days upon delivery. Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition, to an address provided to you by a Customer Service Representative, or the customer will be charged with a 25% re-stocking fee.
Products must be new, unused, and contain all original accessories. Rubber, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened.
Returned goods must be shipped with postage paid. Refunds will not be given for the shipping costs. This applies to all products, including tables. If the returned goods are found to be factory defective, a shipping label would be provided to you by a Customer Service Representative.
Products returned, and in the opinion of Killerspin UK that appear to be damaged by the customer, will NOT be accepted for return, exchange or refund. A customer requesting the return of the damaged product which was sent to and received by UK will require all shipping charges to be charged to the customer for the return of such product or products, unless arrangements of such products are made in advance and authorised by Killerspin UK.
